What makes our product different? Here are answers to questions we are often asked:

How long will it last?
The fragrance oil we use is alcohol free. Under normal conditions our potpourri should continue to smell for a minimum of 4 to 6 months. The more smells it has to absorb, the harder it works and the less amount of time it will last.

Why alcohol free fragrance oil?
Alcohol evaporates and causes things to dry up and look shriveled. Certainly not what you want happening to your potpourri! The only way the potpourri will lose its fragrance is when the botanicals have absorbed as much odor as they can handle.

My potpourri doesn't smell anymore. Now What?
Don't throw it away! Your nose may have become acclimated to the smell. Try sealing your potpourri in a plastic bag for a week or so. This will give your nose a chance to desensitize. Chances are you will be able to smell it again. If not, it may be time to perk up your potpourri with Refresher Oil.

Can I make it smell good again?
Yes! Our potpourri is not meant to be disposable. This is why we use good oil and high quality botanicals. We'll send you instructions with your Refresher Oil so you don't waste it. A little goes a long way! There is also a list of ideas for using your refresher oil so you can make everything smell good!
